Chapter 39.1
Chapter 39.1
Gukhyun rubbed her cheeks as if he was taking her temperature, then let out a low sigh and tightly fastened the collar of Heeju’s coat. The gesture felt like trying to calm down a stubborn child who was throwing a tantrum, and it made her feel annoyed.
“Ah, so if what you said was true, then I must be a delusional lunatic.”
“Why do you always take it that far?”
“You’re pretty good at getting it up for a crazy woman.”
Even in this situation, he was still getting ar0#s3d. He was only dressed in a shirt without a jacket, so it was impossible not to notice the bold outline of his swollen lower body.
Gukhyun lowered his gaze and glanced at his lower body, then he smiled with his eyes curved.
“You know, it’s fun because I never know what’s going to come out of your mouth. The way you babble is kind of fascinating.”
“…”
“You’re fearless, but the way you start whining the moment I look away is annoying. You smell incredible, and those eyes? Seriously f*c.k!ng ar0#s!ng.”
“…”
“When you’re like this, it’s not easy to hold back without getting a b0n`3r.”
Before she knew it, their noses were now almost touching. Heeju stared as Gukhyun’s lips slowly inched towards her, but she didn’t pull away. No, she didn’t even want to.
At times, she felt like she was losing her mind, but then again, maybe she wasn’t. Despite her endless suspicions about who Gukhyun was, what he was hiding, and what his true identity might be, she couldn’t stop herself from being drawn to him. That pull was something she simply couldn’t control.
When did her heart start to crumble like this? Was it when her heart sank seeing him collapse and bleeding profusely? Or when he spoke about his parents who tried to kill him as a child and looked so unbearably lonely?
In a brutal, dog-eat-dog world where he reigned at the top, he seemed absurdly lonely. She might have sensed her feelings back then. Ridiculous as it was, she had wanted to hold him. This dangerous, suspicious man.
“…”
Heeju stood on her tiptoes and gently cupped Gukhyun’s cheek, then she gazed into his beautiful ash-gray eyes.
If, as he said, their relationship was just a simple deal that would end once the debt was paid, there was no need to overcomplicate things. Only four months remained on the contract. Now, she decided to think simply from now on. She came to like this man.
Heeju lightly kissed Gukhyun’s lips. The moment their skin touched, he opened his mouth wide and devoured her.
“Hng…”
The sensation of his hot, thick tongue parting her lips and pushing in sent shivers so intense that it was almost scary. To think a kiss could make her feel like her entire being was completely collapsing felt unfair.
Heeju clung to Gukhyun’s neck and hugged his strong shoulders tightly. If she didn’t hold on, she felt she would be swept away by that unknown current.
“Hng, hngh…”
She let him do whatever he wanted to do with her tongue, and she sucked his tongue with the same intensity in return. When he entangled their tongues as if he was going to uproot hers, a soft throaty m`02n escaped her throat like a weak animal.
The force of his wild, unrestrained kiss kept pushing her backward. Overcome with surging excitement, Gukhyun wrapped his arms around Heeju’s waist, lifting her up and setting her down again, over and over.
As he kept grinding his lower body against hers, a dull ache throbbed between her thighs, and her lower abdomen began to boil. If the act of constantly clinging and having s2.x defined a beast in heat, then she was no different. If he pulled out his member and tried to thrust it in right here, she felt she’d willingly spread her legs for him.
She must be crazy. It wasn’t funny, but she laughed. Before she knew it, her back was pressed against something hard.
Gukhyun pinned her against a tree, thrusting his hips as if he was already inside her. Each time the outline of his bulging length rubbed between her legs, it sent chills down her spine and goosebumps spread across her body.
